WePartner Management, LLC Acquires New London Square Shopping Center in Marietta

MARIETTA, GA Nov. 7, 2018 - WePartner Management, LLC has completed the acquisition of a four-building retail center consisting of 11 tenants. New London Square shopping center is located at 1425 Roswell Rd, a major east-west artery, linking East Cobb and the City of Marietta.

The new Express Lane entrance and exit ramps from Roswell Road provide a huge opportunity for increased traffic counts in the area. The 10-acre shopping center was built in 1972 and has over 89,000 square feet of retail space. There are currently four vacancies with up to 10,000 square feet available. Anchor tenants include Williamson Brothers BBQ, Life Grocery and Marietta Antique Mall. This is WePartner’s second retail acquisition in 2018 with a growing portfolio of over 1.5 million square feet.
